Dr. Galya Zlatanova-Rashkova
Dr. Galya Zlatanova-Rashkova is a pediatrician and pediatric nephrologist in Sofia with over 20 years of medical experience. Her scientific interests are focused on nephrotic syndrome, chronic glomerulonephritis, and rare diseases.
Education
She graduated from the Medical University of Sofia in 2003. In 2011, she obtained her specialty in Pediatrics, and in 2017 – Pediatric Nephrology and Hemodialysis.
Qualifications
- Member of the Bulgarian Medical Association, Bulgarian Pediatric Association, Bulgarian Society of Nephrology, and the European Society for Pediatric Nephrology
- Certificates of professional qualification in: Biopsy methods in nephrology; Conventional and abdominal ultrasound in pediatric age – level one
- Participation in national congresses and seminars in her specialty
Biography
Since 2007, Dr. Zlatanova-Rashkova has been working in the Clinic of Pediatric Nephrology and Dialysis at SBALDB Prof. Dr. Ivan Mitev in Sofia. She is currently also part of the specialist team at MC Dok Plus Sofia.
