Dr. Mina Serdarova, MD is a specialist endocrinologist in Sofia with 10 years of medical experience. Her professional interests are in the field of type 1 diabetes mellitus and prediabetes. She has experience using modern technologies in type 1 diabetes mellitus – insulin pumps and sensors for continuous glucose monitoring. She performs examinations and treatment of patients with:
Metabolic disorders;
Diabetes mellitus;
Gestational diabetes;
Thyroid diseases;
Pituitary, adrenal and gonadal diseases;
Osteoporosis.
Dr. Serdarova does not examine children.
Education
She graduated from the Medical University of Sofia in 2015 and has acquired a specialty in Endocrinology and Metabolic Diseases. In 2023, she defended her dissertation in the field of diabetology and acquired a scientific and educational degree of “doctor”.

Over 20 scientific publications in journals, most of which are international with an impact factor;
Member of the Bulgarian Medical Union and the Bulgarian Society of Endocrinology;
Numerous participations in Bulgarian and international training courses, scientific congresses and symposia.
Biography
Currently, Dr. Serdarova works at the Second Clinic at USBAL in Diabetology Acad. Ivan Penchev and is part of the team of specialists at the Diagnostic center “Heart” She speaks English and German.
