Dr. Vanya Despotova
Dr. Vanya Despotova is a pediatrician and pediatric endocrinologist in Sofia with over 30 years of experience in clinical and outpatient practice. She has in-depth knowledge and interests in child health and prevention, growth disorders, pubertal development disorders, diseases of the pituitary gland, adrenal glands, thyroid gland, sexual development, obesity and metabolic syndrome, diabetes, calcium-phosphorus metabolism disorders, metabolic diseases, and ultrasound of the thyroid and abdominal organs.
Education
Graduated from the Medical University of Plovdiv. She obtained her specialties in Pediatrics and Endocrinology and Metabolic Diseases from the Medical University of Sofia.

Biography
Dr. Despotova has practiced as a pediatrician at University Hospital Burgas, as a pediatrician and pediatric endocrinologist at the Pediatric Department of Plovdiv Hospital and the Pediatric Clinic of Aleksandrovska Hospital in Sofia. Since 2006, she has been working at Acibadem City Clinic Tokuda Hospital. She is currently also part of the specialist teams at MC Nadezhda – Paradise Mall and Diagnostic Center “Heart.” She speaks English and German.
