Dr. Stefka Yankova
Dr. Stefka Yankova is a pediatrician and pediatric nephrologist in Sofia with over 19 years of medical experience. She provides diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the urinary system. Her scientific interests are focused on IgA glomerulopathy and hypercalciuria.
Education
Graduated from the Medical University of Sofia in 2004. She obtained her specialties in Pediatrics in 2014 and Pediatric Nephrology and Hemodialysis in 2020.

Biography
Between 2005 and 2009, Dr. Yankova worked as a ward physician in the Pediatric Department of MBAL Ihtiman. From 2010 to 2011, she was a physician in the Pediatric Clinic of UMHAT Aleksandrovska, Sofia. Since 2016, she has worked as a pediatrician in the Clinic of Nephrology and Hemodialysis at SBALDB Prof. Dr. Ivan Mitev, Sofia. Since 2017, she has also been an assistant in the Department of Pediatrics at the Medical University of Sofia. Dr. Yankova has practiced at MC Malchovcite Sofia and is currently part of the medical team at MC Dok Plus Sofia and Diagnostic Center “Heart.”
